Submission Guidelines

Please review these requirements carefully before submitting your video. By uploading a video to Max-Flix you confirm that your submission complies with all of the conditions below.

Format

  • Video duration between 3 and 10 minutes.
  • File format: MP4 or MOV.
  • Resolution: Full HD or 4K.
  • Audio narrated in English, or explanatory subtitles in English.
  • Submit an abstract in English (Word document, under 200 words).

Privacy

  • Preserve patient anonymity: the patient's face must be hidden, otherwise written authorization is required to show it.
  • Signed consent document for publication.
  • Disclosure of interests.
  • Hide commercial brands.

Structure

  • Title card with title, authors and affiliation.
  • After the title card, a short presentation video by the author looking at the camera (around 30 seconds).
  • Audio narrated in English or explanatory subtitles in English.
  • Use royalty-free music only.
